We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability, and we will provide reasonable notice when possible.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect your use of the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service in accordance with these terms. This license does not include the right to resell or redistribute the service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFTSELL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
